1. Greet and direct customers.
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
3. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
5. Ensure racks are fully stocked.
6. Manage returns of merchandise.
7. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
8. Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
9. Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
10. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
