مسؤول عن توصيل طلبيات بضاعة الاخضر و اليابس من المحل الموجود في منطقة انطلياس الى الزبائن
المسؤوليات:
١- استلام و توصيل الطلبيات ضمن الفترة الزمنية المحددة
٢- التعامل باحترافية مع البضاعة والتأكد من ايصالها بحالتها السليمة
٣- تأمين خدمة زبائن ممتازة مع ايصال شكاوى و مخاوف الزبائن الى المختصين
٤-المحافظة على شكل مهني عند تمثيل الشركة
٥- اعتماد جدوال دقيقة فيما يخص عمليات التوصيل مع اعتماد الختم عند التوصيل و جلب المستندات المطلوبة من قبل الادارة
٦ - الابلاغ عند وقوع اي حادث او حادثة الى المسؤول
٧- اجراء اعمال الصيانة الدوريةعلى الالية لضمان حسن سير العمل و سير الالية
يجب على مقدم الطلب ان يكون حائزا على رخصة سوق خاصة بالدراجات
Job Description
Motorcycle Delivery Driver
Position Overview:
The motorcycle delivery driver is responsible for delivering Dry & Raw products from the boutique located in Antelias to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pickup and deliver packages and products to designated locations within the assigned time frame.
• Ensure proper handling and safe and secure transportation of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service by delivering items in a timely manner and handling any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Keep accurate record of delivery and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a presentable appearance while representing the company.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on the motorcycle to ensure it is in a good working condition.
Requirements
The driver must have a valid motorcycle license.
