The Waiter is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers at Dry & Raw boutique, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
• Present menu, answer customers questions about menu’s items, and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner in coordination with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverage to customers’ tables and ensure that dishes are presented according to established standards.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Up-sell additional food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Present bills to customers and process payment accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including wiping tables and ensuring a tidy area at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up and cleaning tables.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards in handling food and serving areas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as waiter.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
